Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

2. Eligibility & Services

  • By accessing this website and purchasing coaching or corporate services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

  • Coaching services are delivered globally via online platforms - e.g. Google Meets or Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • Corporate workshops, leadership coaching packages, and speaking engagements are delivered either virtually or in person, as specified in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SoW) or Booking Confirmation. 

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR โ‚ฌ.

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of agreed work being delivered, unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

  • Corporate Invoicing: For corporate clients, workshops, and speaking engagements, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking date, with the remaining balance invoiced and due strictly 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified in your SoW. 

  • Personal Coaching Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.

  • Corporate & Event Cancellation: Because corporate workshops and speaking events require significant preparation and date-blocking, the following terms apply to corporate cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before the event: The event can be rescheduled once at no extra cost, or cancelled (forfeiting only the non-refundable deposit).

  • 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total agreed fee is due.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total agreed fee is due and non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of coaching and corporate services, refunds are not provided for services already rendered. For packages, refunds for unused sessions are at the sole discretion of the coach.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, worksheets, recordings, and content provided during your coaching are the intellectual property of The Big Life Project and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Corporate License: Materials provided during corporate workshops are licensed exclusively to the participating organization for the internal use of attendees only. No recording, reproduction, or distribution of workshop content or speaking presentations is permitted without prior written consent from The Big Life Project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, The Big Life Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services or website.
