Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Exclusive Offer: Only one voucher for a 1:1 coaching clarity session can be purchased per recipient. For pricing and details of complete coaching programs, please contact me directly at hello@thebiglifeproject.ie
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is final and cannot be extended.
Redemption: Vouchers may be redeemed against any coaching services, workshops, or products listed on The Big Life Project website, subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once purchased, they are generally non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Partial Use: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be retained under the original voucher code for future use until the expiration date.
Loss or Theft: The Big Life Project is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat your voucher code like cash.
Booking: All services must be booked in advance via the website or scheduling link and are subject to the standard cancellation policy of The Big Life Project.
