I am an experienced business leader and an ACC accredited career & life coach, based in Dublin, Ireland. After navigating many life chapters and rollercoasters, I learned a core truth: no matter how messy life gets, you always have a choice.

I believe in the power of playful exploration to guide my clients on a journey to replace fear with curiosity. As your coach, I guide you to connect with where you are today, explore the tangle of unlimited possibilities ahead, and create clear accountability to take intentional steps forward. My commitment is that you will always be treated with confidentiality, respect, and kindness.

My mission is to inspire everyone to take control and shape a future they are proud of. My clients share that they move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and frazzled to feeling clear-headed, confident, and ‘like a warrior’, in just a few sessions.
