I’m Lindsay, and I deeply believe that our ability to lead a big life, whatever that means for you, is in our control. But I also believe that taking control and proactively shaping a fulfilling life, takes self-exploration, self-investment, and support.
I’ve worked in Big Tech for 15 years leading global organizations. It was a transformational journey, as a professional, as a leader of people and as a person. Each step was a massive personal expansion—sometimes uncomfortable, often messy, always worth it.
Through the years, I learnt that success in business is only possible by cultivating high performing teams. The best leaders I’ve worked with are those that are values-based leaders and who can articulate the why, empower the how and stay humble enough to keep learning. But leading with clarity and conviction starts with personal clarity and conviction. And that’s where I come in.
After navigating many chapters and rollercoasters, I have learned that no matter how messy life gets, you always have a choice. My leadership coaching is built on the powerful combination of my leadership experience and my coaching expertise. I have built proven coaching programs inspired by the challenges in the corporate world today - Starting with each person taking ownership of their role and opportunity to thrive.
